When will tracking information appear?
We email your tracking link as soon as the order ships. The first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to show.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated in a few days?
Parcels sometimes travel several days between scans, especially when they’re handed from one carrier to another. If nothing changes for 7 days, contact us and we’ll chase it.
My tracking says delivered but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbors and your mailroom, then wait one business day, as carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing? Email us and we’ll open a claim.
